Divorce becomes irrevocable if Ruju was not done |

Question:
When i got married my husband was not happy with our marriage so we stayed in one house for three years but we never had any marital relations. After three years our families took the step and tried to solve out the matter that time my husband clearly said he doesnt want to live with me and he wants to finish everything. Then i left home in august 2007 after that in July 2007 he has given me divorce from a mosque on that paper he wrote once "Divorce". After that he never contacted me.. And in January i applied for english divorce but he sent me message through some one that he wants me back..
My question is, is my two divorce done? Because when first he gave me divorce through mosque after that he hasnt contact me more than four months so does it count Talaq-e-bayn?? Or does he still have a time to " Ruju" ?
And if our family decide for us to live together do we need to do another Nikkah?
Answer:
Assalam o alaikum,
One divorce becomes irrevocable, once your Iddat has come to an end. So the marriage was over. He cannot make “RUJU” but he can remarry you if you wish so. A fresh dower amount and two witnesses be needed at the time of your nikah.
