Question:
If a muslim woman bears a child with a non muslim man, and they dont stay together but the man is still suports the chilld, now my problem is, what is the fate of the chilld. Does the chilld legally the man,s chilld? Answer: The child gets the name of his mother just like Isa ibn Maryam, because ISA (peace be on him) got no father at all. In your case, the fatherhood is not legal. This is why he cannot attribute his name with the child’s name. As a biological father, he should keep on maintaining the child. |
