Answer:

Sister know that the most important and delicate organ in our body is the heart. In Arabic, heart is called ‘qalb’ meaning something which turns. A heart is called ‘Qalb’ because of its constant alteration and shifts every second. This is why a person may wakeup as a believer but die at night as a non-believer. The prophet of Allah himself would seek His Help to make his heart firm upon His religion (Islam). The heart is the base of all emotions and actions. All the main elements of righteouness are rooted deep within the heart and the limbs are an offshoot to what is within the heart and strenght it. So, if the heart has fear of Allah, the limbs wouldn’t commit an impermissible action. If the heart has love of Allah, the limbs would always be performing all the obligatory and optinal actions. If the heart has trust upon Allah, the limbs would never loose hope or show distress because the person is aware that his Lord is aware of all creation and their needs.

It has also been narrated by the prophet of Allah Muahmmed (peace be upon him);

‘there is a organ in the body, if it is sound the entire body will be sound and if it is corrupt the entire body will be corrupt. Verily! That organ is the heart’ [agreed upon]

So, both the heart and limbs work together to support each other. I will mention some verses related to the heart and its importance;

-       And of mankind there is he whose speech may please you (O Muhammad SAW), in this worldly life, and he calls Allah to witness as to that which is in his heart, yet he is the most quarrelsome of the opponents.
(
???? ??????  , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #204)

-       Allah will not call you to account for that which is unintentional in your oaths, but He will call you to account for that which your hearts have earned. And Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most-Forbearing.
(
???? ??????  , Al-Baqara, Chapter #2, Verse #225)

-        (They say): "Our Lord! Let not our hearts deviate (from the truth) after You have guided us, and grant us mercy from You. Truly, You are the Bestower."
(
???? ?? ?????  , Aal-e-Imran, Chapter #3, Verse #8)

-       Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?
(
???? ???????  , Al-Jathiya, Chapter #45, Verse #23)

-       Do they not then think deeply in the Quran, or are their hearts locked up (from understanding it)?
(
???? ????  , Muhammad, Chapter #47, Verse #24)

-       Or do those in whose hearts is a disease (of hypocrisy), think that Allah will not bring to light all their hidden ill-wills?
(
???? ????  , Muhammad, Chapter #47, Verse #29)

-       He it is Who sent down As-Sakinah (calmness and tranquillity) into the hearts of the believers, that they may grow more in Faith along with their (present) Faith. And to Allah belong the hosts of the heavens and the earth, and Allah is Ever All-Knower, All-Wise.
(
???? ?????  , Al-Fath, Chapter #48, Verse #4)

-       "Who feared the Most Beneficent (Allah) in the Ghaib (unseen): (i.e. in this worldly life before seeing and meeting Him), and brought a heart turned in repentance (to Him - and absolutely free from each and every kind of polytheism),
(
???? ?  , Qaf, Chapter #50, Verse #33)

-       Verily, therein is indeed a reminder for him who has a heart or gives ear while he is heedful.
(
???? ?  , Qaf, Chapter #50, Verse #37)

So, you need to start reading litreature which will help you to regain that spiritual strenght and there is no text more benefical for this purpose than the Quran itself because as Allah Himself has stated in the Quran;

O mankind! There has come to you a good advice from your Lord (i.e. the Quran, ordering all that is good and forbidding all that is evil), and a healing for that (disease of ignorance, doubt, hypocrisy and differences, etc.) in your breasts, - a guidance and a mercy (explaining lawful and unlawful things, etc.) for the believers.
(
???? ????  , Yunus, Chapter #10, Verse #57)

 And (remember) the Day when We shall raise up from every nation a witness against them from amongst themselves. And We shall bring you (O Muhammad SAW) as a witness against these. And We have sent down to you the Book (the Quran) as an exposition of everything, a guidance, a mercy, and glad tidings for those who have submitted themselves (to Allah as Muslims).
(
???? ?????  , An-Nahl, Chapter #16, Verse #89)

After your recitation of the Quran, it becomes imperative that information has an effect as they say that, ‘there is for every cause an effect’. Thus, you cannot do nothing if you was told that your car is on fire, rather that information will surve for an effect which will be to  call for emergency etc. similarly, when Allah has informed in the Quran that He has prepared Hell fire for those who did not prostate to Him, it will be utter foolishness to just act as if nothing has been said as Allah says;

 Have you seen him who takes his own lust (vain desires) as his ilah (god), and Allah knowing (him as such), left him astray, and sealed his hearing and his heart, and put a cover on his sight. Who then will guide him after Allah? Will you not then remember?
(
???? ???????  , Al-Jathiya, Chapter #45, Verse #23)

Sister, know that your success is dependant upon your 5 daily prayers. You are not considered as a Muslim IF you were to abandon it. This has been agreed upon by all scholars that anyone who abandons the prayer has left the fold of Islam as the prophet said,

-       Narrated Ibn 'Umar: Allah's Apostle said: "I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah's Apostle, and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform a that, then they save their lives an property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah."  (Book #2, Hadith #24)

-       Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "If someone misses the asr prayer it is as if he has suffered a great misfortune in his family and wealth ."  (Book #1, Hadith #1.5.21)

As mentioned by Allah also;

-       But if they repent, perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat) and give Zakat, then they are your brethren in religion. (In this way) We explain the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) in detail for a people who know. [9-11]

So my sister, you need to start becoming a good Muslimah for your own sake. Your deeds will save you, not others. You need to think about yourself first and as an intellegent person because if you lost your Paradise for this world, then indeed you have lost all good as Allah said;

-       Everyone shall taste death. And only on the Day of Resurrection shall you be paid your wages in full. And whoever is removed away from the Fire and admitted to Paradise, he indeed is successful. The life of this world is only the enjoyment of deception (a deceiving thing). [3-185]

So please act now and account yourself before you die and are accounted by Allah.
