Raising hands in graveyard, does this constitute shirk? |
Question:
I would like to know if you visit graveyard and raise your hands, does this constitute shirk?
Answer:
If you visit a Graveyard, then you should make dua to Allah for forgiveness of the dead there. Raising hands to Allah does not constitute shirk. The word Allah's Graveyard is incorrect; you say 'Graveyard or Muslims graveyard'. This is not worshipping the grave.
