Opening Hours
The office is now open for clients and general enquiries between 12-5pm Monday-Thursday.
Phone lines are open for general enquiries 12-2pm Monday-Thursday.
For updates about existing cases, it is quicker to email your case worker.
For general enquiries, please email info@islamic-sharia.org.
Office doors and phone lines will be closed for staff training or meetings of scholars; these are generally on one Wednesday every month.
COVID-19
Due to the current pandemic our office is closed to visitors, but our scholars and staff are continuing to work online.
Our phone lines are for general enquiries only and are open Monday to Thursday 12-2 pm only. If you have an existing case with us, please email either your assigned case worker or mycase@islamic-sharia.org.
Eid
Please note that the office will be closed from Thursday 30th July to Monday 3rd August.

RE: Emails
Due to technical complications and our phone lines crashing, we are unfortunately unable to access some emails (to info@islamic-sharia.org) received before 15th June 2018.
If you have sent an email before this date and have not received a response, please accept our apologies and resend your query. Please be assured that normal service has now resumed.

Ramadan office hours
In the blessed month of Ramadan, the office will operate on an amended timetable to allow out staff and scholars to worship and benefit fully. We hope all Muslims of the world will enjoy the spirituality, closeness with scripture and communion with their Lord that this beautiful month brings.
Office opening hours (from 17/05/2018):
Monday-Thursday: 12pm-6pm
Friday: Closed
Phone lines:

Office closed for Laylatul Qadr and Eid from 11th June 2018 till 15th June 2018.
Office reopens and resumes normal working hours: Monday 18th June 2018.
Changes to phone lines’ opening hours
Please note the change in times for the phone lines. Phone lines are now open 10am – 4pm Monday-Thursday. This enables staff to deal with our huge volume of administration and emails.
This change will be effective as of Monday 12/06/2017.
Eid
The Islamic Sharia Council will be closed from Wednesday 21/06/2017 till Tuesday 27/06/2017 for the end of Ramadan and Eid. The office will resume its normal office hour from 27/06/2017.
